Withdrawal from the contract (Return)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days from the day of receipt of the ordered goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights .

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer took possession of the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail) and attach a completed return form.

Terms of return

  • The returned product must not be used, opened or tampered with.

  • The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging.

  • Due to the nature of the goods (food products for animals), returns are not eligible for unpacked products, according to the Article 38(5) Law on Consumer Rights (goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life).

Goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the date of informing the Seller about the withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Consumer. Shipments sent COD are not accepted.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaint

If the purchased product turns out to be defective or inconsistent with the contract, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint on the basis of the warranty, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the directives of the European Union.

Complaint should be made by email or in writing and return the advertised product with the completed complaint form.

The seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the application or shipment. The customer will be informed of the decision by email.

Complaints are not subject to:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., moisture, high temperature).

  • Unpacked or partially used products if no manufacturing defect is found.

  • Natural differences due to the nature of the product, such as:

    • Differences in color, shape, size,

    • odor characteristic of dried animal products.

  • Damage caused by misuse, not in accordance with the intended use of the product.

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will make:

  • Replacement of the product with a new one,

  • return of funds,

  • or other agreed solution.
